We absolutely loved the water park, the staff was friendly, the room was perfect, and the restaurants were centrally located providing golf carts made it easy to get around.

The water park was fantastic along with the room which turned out to be a suite. Only negatives were no microwave or free water in it. The food in the lobby grill and at the water park was a bit expensive but delicious and plentiful. Rustler's Roost, the restaurant off property on the hill above this resort was a fun filled (music live) one with tummy filling food!! Our granddaughters, ages 15 and twins age 11 thoroughly enjoyed the entire 2 nights stay at this place and the restaurant - which the spa offers free r/t transport for.

Our room was spacious - 2 queens deluxe and clean. The lobby staff was courteous and extraordinarily patient with check in. The gym and spa are top notch! It saved the overall review. The water park is small and fills up fast - we did not stay. Food portions were substantial but overall quality was average. When checking in the bellhop took my 14 y/o daughter and our things and left me in the parking lot with very little idea of where to go. Maybe it was his first day, I did not tip him. IT failed the staff - the upgrade/system migration caused MAJOR check-in delays. We stood in line for over an hour. Apparently it had been that way for 5 days. Someone pushed through a known issue to save a deadline and it failed the hotel and the staff. We left the overcrowded waterpark to spend time at the pools. That was wonderful until some drunk and stoned guests hauled a cooler of White Claw into the pool area and had a party. Security did little to address this beyond setting up a sign that read, "No outside beverages or food allowed in the pool area." We just wanted a respite before catching the red eye back east. While the beds were comfortable, this hotel did not deliver a break for us. We probably will not be back. Would not recommend for families.

The location is great. In close proximity to shopping, casinos, and restaurants. The property itself is dated and could use some remodeling. Especially in the double bed rooms and pool areas. Our family of four barely fit in the space. The golf course was great! The water park was fun also but, the lack of diversity in the music selection throughout the water park was disappointing. There was no consideration of the various music genres available. For 5 days we heard all country music. It really took away from the waterpark fun. Overall, this is a good property. With some modernization it could be fantastic!
