I didn’t like that the poolside bars were closed and so was the restaurant it stayed closed the whole week we were there. I did like that when there was a problem with the first room we were given the gal at the front desk upgraded our room to a room with a view and on the 2nd floor. Some of the staff were very helpful but others not so much, very comfortable rooms and the pool was great. Overall very pleasant place to stay.

Everything about this place was disgusting. The water to the shower would not go down and when it did it took the entire day sometimes it didn't even go down that we ended up changing our room. It just feel weird being there! I am actually very upset with choosing this place. Just ew.

Overall stay was super enjoyable and peaceful! But the room that we stayed in was NOT clean. We found trash under the bed and behind the T.V, unmopped bathroom floors, and dirty underwear from a previous guest shoved in the closet. Which was unsettling, but after informing the manager(who was very very nice), she took care of our resort fees and gave us $30 towards our next morning’s breakfast. So that helped end the trip on a good note. The staff was friendly and the property itself was beautiful! Definitely would stay there again.

Actually, a beautiful property. The food was subpar to our expectations for a resort, though. We discovered the golf club restaurant and the breakfast there was wonderful! No transportation available although it stated on the hotel info that 5 mile radius had free transportation which would have included our special trips like to the OdySea Aquarium.

During our stay I didn't like that I was there for the entire week and there was no one that came to the room to tidy up. No one restock any of the toilet paper, tissues, towels, or took my trash. Also they might as well not even have a gym listed. All the equipment was broken, had to run outside on the property where there was geese poop everywhere.
