"The staff is welcoming and top-notch! The penthouse suites were out of this world. Food was 8.5/10 and cocktails a 7/10 (make sure you go to the lobby bar, they have the best mixers and spirits). Of course, the beaches are gorgeous, although water is not as crystal clear as some other locations. Still a wonderful experience and I hope to go back again!"

"It is 40-45mins away from airport and Hotel Zone, but easy to grab a taxi or Uber. Walking distance to Ultramar Carga Ferry which you can ride to Isla Mujeres. Dock for the Jolly Rogers was also nearby. Palmita Market has snacks, souvenirs, and medicines you need in case, but GoMart is walking distance outside the property.
