WE LOVED EVERYTHING! WOW. If you are looking for the most upscale classiest resort in Cancun, this is it. Absolutely gorgeous. We cant wait to bring back the whole family.

The property is beautiful and my wife and I were very excited to be staying there in one of their amazing Inspira suites. The building caught on fire on our very first night there and we were evacuated like refugees to another resort the next morning. During the fire, there was no communication from anyone at the hotel to let us know what was happening or what we should be doing. It was as if the captain had left the sinking ship and left us to ourselves to sink or swim. We were happy to have at least been transferred to the Grand Palladium, but the level room was basic. They told us that Atelier would only pay them for the basic room and services. Very disappointing to go from prince to pauper in less than a day into our stay in Cancun. On the bright side, nobody died, we didn’t take it personally and we made the most out of our visit in a truly beautiful place. I think it is reasonable to expect compensation from Atelier for services not rendered and hope they do what’s right to salvage their reputation and business and to make us whole.
