I know there's cleaning crew that comes but I like to leave things how they were and you never know when you may need those things. But it's a beautiful clean place with a great view. "My husband and I just got back from Key West. We had a fabulous time and loved where we stayed. Ken, the owner, is terrific. Great communication, excellent tips on things to do and places to eat. It a large house and you have a room to stay in with your own bathroom, small kitchen and bed. It was perfect for us. We will definitely be back next time we visit Key West. "Nice room with a nice view! The weather and the waves were perfect. The laundry was right by us which was handy so no dirty clothes to bring home!"

"It was very clean and nice. The air conditioning worked great. Located close to Duval. The only issue we had was that there was no closet or place to put clothes so after a few days it was hard to keep organized."

"The property was a bit dated but they were working on upgrades during my visit in certain areas. Otherwise the unit was fresh and clean. View was nice partial view of gulf. Short walk to beach from unit. No issues with parking. Enjoyed the security person nice fellow and helpful. The people l met during my stay were friendly. Not too far from any attractions, food, and shopping."

"Excellent little place to stay and hang on the beach very well stocked and the owner was very flexible and had everything that we would ever need for a short vacation."

"The condo is nice with a good view. Unfortunately one of the elevators was being worked on when we arrived which left 1 elevator to use resulting in longer waits. A storm came through and knocked the power out leaving us with no elevator and having to walk up 7 flights to get to our room. Overall we had a great experience."

"The place was just as advertized. Very comfortable with the right amenities. The location was perfect - away from central clearwater beach, but within a short walking distance. We are already making plans for a return trip. The owner was available for any issues, but we had none."

"I had to purchase purchase shower hook for the master bath shower. There were only five hooks and a rubber band holding the shower curtain rod. And the shower curtain rings in the shower upstairs were rusted to the rod and made it difficult to move the shower curtain. The condo was great otherwise"

"My sister and I enjoyed this VRBO. Although the pictures online are a bit deceiving (making the space seem bigger than it is.) That said, the space was fine for just my sister and I. Location was perfect. Most things within walking distance. Jolly Trolly or Sun Bus is near by as another option to get around. When we arrived, we couldn't find the sheets for the futon. After calling the contact person, they were delivered very quickly. All along, sheets and the bedding we needed were in a cabinet...

"definitely will be coming back to this resort! i booked the same day and process was smooth and easy!! was only there for one day but has direct access to the beach. many play water areas for the kiddos. truly was more than what expected, for the price it was. there is a $100 deposit on top of paying stay but u get it back if everything’s fine. truly enjoyed!"
