"Check in was very quick and efficient. When we got to our room we could not get the lights or refrigerator on one side of the room to work so we called the front desk. They said that they would let engineering know. Within a few minutes a maintenance worker showed up at our room and quickly fixed the problem. The entire staff were very friendly and courteous which made our weekend stay there great. Looking forward to our next trip so we can stay again. "

"Our 1 bedroom condo in Terrace building was clean, comfortable and charmingly decorated with a rustic alpine motif. Fireplace and size was excellent for a family of 4 adults. Kitchen and bathroom was well stocked. The Dove brand toiletries were a nice touch. The 4th floor condo had easy access to the building’s hot tub (it was out of order for the first 3 nights of our stay), bbq area and Activities Center. Alternative rooftop hot tub was sought and enjoyed in another building. Shuttle transport to the Stagecoach Lodge and to South Lake Tahoe ran regularly. Underground parking was convenient in a snow storm. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and will return!"
