The hotel room was clean and very spacious and beautiful view. However the construction on the parking lot was very inconvenient and the elevators to go to the parking lot were very dirty. The hotel Overall is definitely a great place to stay. I will stay here again .

Completely broken hairdryer along with very amateur front desk folks made this a slightly below average stay. I get that it’s hard to find good help in Tahoe since it’s gotten beyond expensive. But I don’t think I’ll stay at another Caesar’s property ever.

The hotel was in very bad condition. The elevators, signs around the property, on our floor were all broken. The walls in the hallway were dirty and people had tagged grafiti. The hallways of the rooms were very dirty, smelly ,and in very bad condition. The rooms smelled bad and were in much worse condition than in photos online. This was our first time staying in the area and we were shocked that this hotel was so bad. The staff were nice, but they were not very helpful. The room quality was bad as well in terms of the cleanliness and it was very noisy. You can tell that the room was not cleaned well because there was a lot of dust accumulated on the dresser counter top. We stayed the 1 night and moved out our things the next morning and found a new hotel.
