Great location, Great RatePosted Dec 17, 2014
This is a perfect location, close to shopping, restaurants, downtown and FSU campus. We were in Tallahassee looking for housing for the next year (students) and needed a convenient, economical place to stay. This is located right by all the more expensive chains we have stayed with our family when they have come up for games or my Dad has stayed for business. We were very pleased with this hotel- would like the furniture for our new townhouse! Will stay here again prior to our move in. Thanks.

Close to everything, but out of the wayPosted Dec 8, 2014
Location: Capitol Bldg, FSU, FAMU, Railroad Square,
Travelled to Tallahassee to see an FSU basketball game....couldn't be happier with the trip! the location was perfect (10 minutes from the Civic Center), yet off of the parkway, so it was quiet (no traffic noise). Breakfast was great on both days we stayed....couldn't have asked for more for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful.... always available, too!

Good HotelPosted Dec 8, 2014
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The room was large and in good condition, although the furniture had some visible wear. I particularly liked the large television which had an excellent picture. For the price, you can't beat it.

Nice price for the basicsPosted Nov 22, 2014
If you want a cheap hotel and basics with no frills it's great if your looking for luxury, this isn't it. But with that said it did the job fine. I would stay again

Hotel on the ParkwayPosted Nov 20, 2014
Pros: Close to the mall, BJ's Brewhouse, Kohl's, Chipotle, nice tv, large bed.
Location: Great shopping at the mall across the street and Kohl's next door, and then can't miss with a meal from Chipotle or BJ's nearby to finish off the day.
Nice place to stay with a big tv and comfy bed. Plenty to do nearby with shopping and restaurants. Would stay there again.

It was alright.Posted Sep 23, 2014
Pros: Room size
Cons: Please read above...there's a lot to be improved.
Let's begin with the negatives. The hotel staff was nonchalant when I walked in. The information given about the facilities was mediocre at best (I asked where the pool is and I received only vagueries). If that wasn't enough, when I went in, I found the bathroom was not properly cleaned (hair on the floor and all over the toilet). The following morning, the breakfast was lacking (that is the trays were empty and not being restocked...and I came in half way through the breakfast hours). The pool itself was at one end of the hotel, across the street (if you enjoy private pool time, this is ideal for you). Also, there were too many small lamps, and not a few more powerful lamps, so to get average light, I had to turn on most of the lamps. On the up side, the room was spacious (King bed and a pull out couch), and though I had no need for the wifi, it was available. Also, the price was acceptable (less than $60 per night), and no noise meant I slept just fine.

It was just a place to rest before continuing on our trip. Found a pair of men's underwear on the floor behind the TV counter. Perhaps someone should do a better job of cleaning.

Comfortable and CleanPosted Sep 11, 2014 on Hotels.com
A quality room in a good location if you are visiting FSU or FAMU. Not too close to campus, restaurants and shopping very close by. Motel is off the road, so very little road noise. Comfortable bed and excellent flat screen TV.
