When we arrived we walked into a dirty room, and I mean dirty, semen on the couch dirty. Then the next day there was a fire in the unit next to us and instead of offering us a different room on another floor, we had to smell the electrical and must and they had loud commercial blowers all up and down the entire hallway for four straight days right outside our bedroom window. Even when I reached out to management, they told me to just go relax. I have text messages, video and pictures showing them what I was talking about. They ended up blocking my messages. Then they tricked us into going on a time share tour and charged us for it! They never told us it was a tour for selling timeshares. They phrased it “ we want to show you our other rooms for the next time you book with us” Be careful here! Lisa was the only one who was kind and shocked about what we experienced, but we didn’t get to meet her until we were checking out.

I was constantly bugged about attending their "showcase" my entire stay. It was super annoying. I told them I wasn't interested in a timeshare! I just wanted to relax with my family and enjoy our little vacation. Will never stay there again.

This is not a good hotel option. Our room was dirty and old. It had a broken TV, rusted appliances and a fraying carpet. It also smelled a little moldy. We had booked a King, but were told we could only get two doubles and there were no other rooms to switch to. We only had a brief stay. However, when we were leaving, another guest who was also packing up said their room had been infested with fleas and ticks so, I guess our stay wasn't as bad as it could have been.

first of all We reserved a king size bed with a double sofa bed, and they put us in A room with two doubles and a sofa bed. That was the first room this smelled like mildew and mold with the AC vents and was very strong and I cannot believe that they clean that room thinking that that was OK for people to stay in and Safe. Then after speaking to three different people, I finally got us another room but again we wanted a king size bed and we got two doubles. The mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable. We woke up in pain every morning We were there. We have been coming here 4 to 5 times a year for the last five years and this was the first time that we have had a bad Experience. Next time we book if we do not get what we request and what we reserved we will not be coming back to this hotel. This is our hotel and Daytona, But after this experience and the money we pay, we shouldn’t have had this bad at a time. Not including I had to take all of our luggage from sixth floor to the 15th floor and again they do not have enough luggage for even a quarter of the guests. I am Carrying our luggage for five different trips. Because apparently the big luggage carts are for VIP only.

I loved the whole experience! The pools were great, staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious & clean, with all the amenities from home. It's my 3rd time @ Ocean Walk, and I look forward to coming back again next year!

The unit we stayed in is seriously in need of updating. Cracks in the bathroom sink and tub. Extremely poor design of the doors - there are 3 doors, one to the bedroom and two to the bathroom - that are constantly in the way of each other. If even one of them was a bifold, the problem would be solved. Bedframe sticks out below the mattress so that you are continually bumping into it. No means of cleaning the floor (no broom, no vacuum) even after requesting. Had to keep calling Maintenance to reset the TV every time we watched it. Very poor value for the price.

Front desk “Danny the night shift guy” after my wedding at 1 am no parking when I paid for two rooms and have 1 car . North side garage full and south garage available. Make me go to 3 blocks and park . No reimbursement was available. I did check out early and supervisor lady was rude in front desk . Worse experience ever

I don’t like washing towels every day and going to store for toilet paper and cleaning supplies. And my room needs to be updated for the money we spend. The outside is great for kids, but you have to save a chair from morning or you don’t get one. Drinks are too expensive at bar one drink cost me $17 I got a full breakfast and a drink on boardwalk for $17 I stayed at a hotel the week before and got free drinks every night and free breakfast. And maid service that’s what I call a vacation when I don’t have to do anything. And I paid less money for a cleaner room. But my kids like it there with your outside. Because we had a 4 year old and she had a new friend every day.

The room was outdated, no room service how can you have a room with no room service? The room was old and worn down, was not like this first time we stayed. Kid pool splash area was closed the first two day we were there.
