The property offers plenty of parking when you arrive but also uses their parking lot for beach goers needing a place to park. They have a nice outdoor bar on the pool deck area and also one on the way to the beach. Drinks and food were good! However, the pool itself is incredibly tiny with about 15-20 lounge chairs. Our room was on the first floor and their laundry room must've leaked out into the hallway cause the floor was squishy wet and had a horrible smell of mildew and cat pee which you can smell into the room. When I asked about this, they offered no remediation other than they knew about it and it was being taken care of which it wasn't during out visit. For the price you are paying to stay here I would've expected nicer accommodations. We left this hotel and moved to the Marriott which was A LOT NICER!!

New renovations are terrible. Barn doors in the room are very inconvenient. You have to close the bathroom to access fridge. Closet would have been better choice. July4th was a mess. People parking for beach access. Flooding the pool. Drinks and cans all over. Just a hot mess. Been visiting this hotel for years. Worst experience yet. Staff was only bright spot.

We did not stay, our room had dirty towels and we had seen a little kid poop in the pool. We tried to get another hotel and couldn’t so we drove 3 hours home. I told the hotel they told me to contact Expedia I did and Expedia got in contact with the hotel and they stated we did not check out. Which we did and turned in keys. Expedia was no help in this matter, it seems I’ll have to dispute it with my bank.

The property was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Right on the beach and the ocean front view was spectacular. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

The reason for this rating is because I have never been in an hotel/resort on the beach that charge for using beach chairs and umbrellas. I would understand if the price per night was cheap but this is one of the highest rates in the area. If you want to enjoy the beach be prepared to pay $15 per chair $20 per Umbrella per day.
