"Restaurants are pretty good. Pools are very hot at this time and no shades inside the pools. Best restaurant was the Nest for breakfast and dinner. Butler Guillermo and Deimi were amazing. Whatever I asked for I got whithin a few minutes. Beach was rough with sargassum at least during these days. Large property be ready to walk a lot. Room with swimout pool is small but very nice, bed very comfortable. "

"Dining options were good! Our room was clean and updated! We enjoyed the mini bar snacks and the glass bottles of water. Shuttle services inside the resort was good! Drinks at the bars were not amazing. Staff was mostly great! We saw a few inappropriate behaviors between some staff on a few different occasions. Check in was easy! "
