"Most hotels in Colombia serve a complementary breakfast. Don't expect the Hilton to do so. Smoking is permitted near the swimming pools. Some guests don't like to smell cigarette smoke while relaxing poolside. The Hilton seems to think were in the 1950s when we didn't know the dangers in smoking. The hotel could work on keeping music down as some guests would like to sleep by ten or eleven o'clock. "

"We have been to Cartagena a number f times. This was our best hotel experience to date. It is in a great location. Close to the restaurants but away from the walled city and all the neve ending vendors there. There is a great Salsa club just a block away. The staff is amazing. Friendly, helpful and attentive. Both teh hotel and the restaurant which also very good! The hotel is small, intimate and beautiul. We will stay here again! "

"Ok, this property had me feeling like I was in a resort! We felt so safe/secure/comfortable. The staff is very kind and hospitable, we were greeted with welcome drinks (I mean this set the tone) and the room was very nice and clean. The rooftop pool my kids LOVED, and all the wanted, the downstairs pool is beautiful as well. We had the breakfast buffet every day and it was very nice and filling with a good variety of food and protien. The location of the hotel is what I loved as well, walkable to anywhere we wanted to go! So close to Getsemini right around the corner and all the good restaurants. Beyond exceeded my expectations and will highly only recomend for Cartagena. Hope I can be back!"
