Very nice place to stay with private beach access. The staff was very accommodating for our early arrival and late departure as well. They were also very polite and helpful throughout our entire stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel on the inside is beautiful! The surrounding areas would make you think the hotel isn’t nice but it is. The beach access isn’t great. Not pretty, but the hotel is beautiful inside. Clean, modern and staff is friendly

Not a bad place to stay in Cartagena but food could be better. Not great dining. Beach is private but you will have lots of people coming up to you trying to sell you stuff like jet ski and other things - to a point where it’s very bothersome. One night there was a party and music was very loud until midnight, we couldn’t sleep and we were on the top floor and still felt like the party was in our room. A heads up would’ve been appreciated, we would’ve chosen a different room.

Private a walk to the beach is a big bonus for this property! Pool offerings are great, 4 to choose from! Hotel is a little run down, I expected more from an American chain run by locals. They should get a little more training about how to deal with tourists.

El hotel está más o menos nada que ver con otros Hilton para nada el personal bien agradable y profesional eso si pero afuera del hotel lo mismo en la playa como en la calle muchos vendedores te caen arriba y no te dejan ni caminar muy molesto y estresante la playa debería ser privada para poder disfrutar la estadía tranquila sin tanta gentes arriba de uno yo no lo recomiendo y no regreso más ni un día pude bañarme en la playa .

My stay at the Hilton in Cartagena was absolutely amazing! The staff were so friendly and attentive, even the general managers Vinod Agarrwal and Omar Nieves made themselves available to us to make sure we had the best experience here. The room was perfect, spacious and clean, and the beach and pool view was stunning. We loved the pool. The service was top notch. German and his team were great! Las Chivas restaurant was incredible, serving amazing buffet breakfast with all the authentic costeña foods like arepa con huevo, made to order omelets and eggs any style! I especially enjoyed the delicious fresh juices made to order. I cannot say enough about the service staff too! I will definitely stay here again!!!!
