"We looked at a few places for our stay in Palm Springs, and chose the Fleur Noire. The facilities were great, and so pretty! The bed was comfortable, room was clean, pool area was quiet, and having an area with free snacks and drinks was really great!! We loved sitting by the fire pits at night. The location is a bit off of the main strip, but still easily walkable and a straight shot off the road. I would recommend!! "

"I received my confirmation Tuesday before our check in Saturday... the place was being painted and closed BECAUSE the property had been sold! NO NOTIFICATION to us and it took a little over an hour to find another property comparable. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the lack of communication "

"Cool property - service around pool was very slow. Perhaps because they rent out the pool access to people not staying at hotel. When they do this they should be sure to make sure the staffing is available to provide service for guests."

"Awesome property. Close to many restaurants. Approximately 15 minute walk to main area of North Palm Canyon. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Continental breakfast and wine and cheese in the late afternoon. Staff were awesome and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!"
