The front desk offered to change our room since it was somewhat impacted by the earthquake effects, which we declined because we were already settled in and damages were minimal. They were so kind, understanding, and willing to continue making our stay as comfortable as possible. I really enjoyed the very healthy breakfast options. There was always congee with many add-ins. I always had their pork floss every day - it was really so delicious. The chef always prepared a meat and vegetable soup, a delicious meat dish, several cold dishes, and vegetables. As someone who needs to be careful about their carbohydrate intake, I truly appreciated the plethora of healthy and delicious options to choose from. If you're the kind of person looking for pancakes, waffles, and donuts for breakfast - I'm afraid you'll have to look elsewhere. Our room was quite spacious and comfortable. I would like more shelving for clothing. Luckily, I use packing cubes and I was able to stack the packing cubes together to organize my clothing. Access to a microwave would be nice, but not something normally included in hotel rooms. I would stay here again! I had a great experience. "

"We spent 3 nights at this hotel. Room was clean and spacious.Breakfast buffet was ok, more Asian dishes than American dishes which we liked. Hotel was close to nice restaurants with good food, and in walking distance to Taipei Main Station for MRT. "

"Fantastic 5 star hotel that’s well located. We got a large family connecting room and enjoyed having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room. Only the carpet needs replacement like other reviews have already stated. Would stay again."

"Wonderful breakfasts, great location. Used the airport transfer (they charged slightly more than advertised, but it was very good) - TPE is messy to get taxis, so that worked well. Really nice room, very very good service."
