"Very comfortable stay. The hotel was undergoing some renovations so sadly it wasn't as pretty but they did best to minimize disruptions. The staff were pleasant. I have no complaints other than parking was incredibly expensive though we knew that ahead of time and I imagine its similar to other hotels in this area. There wasn't anything particularly special about this hotel but it provided a good nights rest in the area we wanted. I would stay again if I needed to stay downtown. "

"Service was the best I have had at a hotel. Dexter was very friendly, helpful, and definitely hustled. Hotel was nice and an easy walk to local attractions. If you fly in to Seattle, take the light rail to Westlake. Then pick ip the monorail to the space needle. It’s a short walk from there. "

"Read all the reviews - age of the property, no A/C. Booked it anyway based on price and location. The area is leafy, a few high end restaurants, steep incline from Pike Place. It's 100 years old and nicely appointed for it's age. Windows open & they have fans. Two lovely patios. Quiet despite hospital across street. No real homeless presence. Absolutely loved it and would stay again."
