The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location, cafe and bar are good and convenient. Beds are fairly comfortable. I was not overly impressed by the size of the room or the overall cleanliness (it needs a deeper clean).

Wonderful stay and enjoyed our room. Water pressure isn't very good in shower. Lots of homeless in the area and very noisy outside, they give great earplugs to help. Very centralized for getting around. Great choice of restaurants. The staff is awesome and very accommodating and friendly!

Staff was welcoming and rooms were clean. Updates could definitely help and rooms were warm as you could not use the air conditioning, the only option was to open the window, but the street noise was way too much to keep the windows open and get any sleep. Overall a decent place if you are just looking for a place to sleep.
