"This is a beautiful resort and the onsens were amazing, quiet, relaxing, rooms were lovely. The kasieki meal was superb, breakfast had 100 choices. Only complaint os coffee at night had coffee grounds in it. i recommend a two night stay so you may visit both baths. "A beautiful properly. We had a room with an onsen on our deck, it was supposed to have a lakeview but trees are all grown in and blocking. "The room was fabulous. Service staff are very friendly. There are a lot of activities to do in the hotel. Living close to nature. The only downside is that it is not near the train station, you have to call the hotel to get someone to fetch you (Limit 6pm). "We arrived to Hyatt regency hakone and were immediately escorted in and were told they were waiting for us. From that moment on, it was nothing but first class treatment from the entire staff. It was an incredible experience and the staff experience alone should make people run here in droves!! It sadly rained (4.5 inches in one day alone) while we were there but the staff was always helpful with information, alternative advice, and wonderful smiles.
