"Property and staff were great."

"We loved our stay here! Property is clean, staff professional, spoke English well and helped us book a few taxis. We arrived before 1500 for check in but they found us a room without a problem. Room was a bit loud with traffic but it wasn't bad with the fan on while sleeping. Property is fairly central with a short walk from Placa de Catalunya for the airport bus, close to the gothic district and La Rambla, and a 30 minute walk to the beach. We got the paid breakfast and the food was very good...

"The location was excellent, within walking distance of many great restaurants and sites. The hotel was comfortable enough although they could do with some extra pillows. The staff was pleasant but not overly friendly or super helpful. You could hear people in the hallway although at night it was quiet without any issues. I would stay again even though it wasn’t the greatest stay ever, it was worth the price. "

"This hotel was awesome, but the staff really made it for us! They went above and beyond every time. Anytime we needed anything they made sure we had it. They let us borrow a corkscrew to open wine multiple times. At one point I dropped my phone in the sewer grate outside the hotel when getting out of a taxi and the hotel staff tried to help us get it out, even fashioning a makeshift tool to try to pull it up. One of them ended up walking to the nearby police station to get an officer that came...

"The hotel was nice, but it wasn’t near anything. The location advertised wasn’t accurate, so the walk to public transportation was much longer than advertised. It wasn’t a bad place to stay for a night."

"The theme and style of the property is very cool and fun! Love the retro elevators with factory closing doors. The staff are all nice and remember you! You have to leave your key at the front desk every time you leave the property but no issues as there is 24hours someone at the front desk. The alleys behind the building can sometimes feel unsafe but if you exit towards Drassanes metro station the area is wide and well lit. "
