"I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all "

I went to the ATM machine across from her desk but it was not functional. Then I asked for the hotel to reimburse my driver because I had paid for the specific room that the hotel on your website, Hotels.com, said would include a free airport shuttle. "This resort is not all inclusive. It's actually not a resort or a hotel. Its an apartment complex in which you are sleeping with residents & workers. The shower sink and hot water do not work. Again THIS IS NOT ALL INCLUSIVE. We were charged an extra 100 fee for food once we arrived. And drinks aren't even included. Noraelvis & Yaequlin were amazing however i would never come back "
