"The Archer Log Cabin was sweet and comfortable with a full kitchen, bath and laundry. It even had a little desk in the laundry room. The bed was comfortable . We only used one of the two bedrooms. The surrounding woods were peaceful. We enjoyed hiking on trails in the state park and hope to get back sometime in the winter to cross country ski. We appreciated the coffee . We will be back. It was a quiet place to rest and refresh."

"The property is on Wheeler Lake, which is a great lake for fishing and watersports. There's a sandy public beach nearby that you can visit for $5 per person, and the boat launch is fairly close. "We had a great holiday weekend. Cabin was great and right on the water. We rented a pontoon and we were able to dock it right outside the cabin. We also brought our side by side and rode trails which are right off the driveway. Overall a great place. Driveway is a little steep and narrow if you have a large boat or trailer, but there is plenty of room to turn around and park down by the house."
