"The beach was awful...bad time of year Weather was humid and hot"

"The staff i dealt with were all really freindly and helpful. The rooms, pool areas, and beach were all clean. You could see staff testing water and cleaning every day. The food in the Lindo was good and would recommend the step up over beach as the buffets were better. My only one negative was getting reservations for dinners. We got most we wanted but couldnt get rodizio. I understand this will be changed to walk in which will help. Really loved the resort and would definitely go back. "

The only thing is the lack of a sandy beach, but we did make great use of the pool by the beach side, and the restaurant on the beach is a great place to enjoy the evening. the staff are very friendly, and they do their best to ensure you are enjoying your trip. "Amazing experience staying at this resort. Staff was incredibly Friendly. Got a free upgrade because we were celebrating a bachelorette. Only criticism I have is that the beach was closed due to its conditions. As much as this is out of everyone’s control, it would’ve been nice to be advised before hand."

"Food was overall very good. Accommodations good. Nice room. Hotel staff were very friendly. Do not expect a the ocean to be nice and crystal clear. Seaweed big issue and beach has rocks underwater not visible as you enter water. Water shoes highly recommended. Lots of water activities. Pools were great. "
