I loved the check in, it was quick and easy. Property was clean and staff was friendly. Kids enjoyed their vacation, as there is an ice cream shop, pool with slides and big bucket that turns over after filling up with water. We saw a monkey run past us and some other animals.
Cons- The beach isn’t the best and we did not even go in the water, just turned back around and went to the pool. When we initially checked in, I asked about drinks and was told I can pay a certain amount a day to get premium liquor, which we did. However, that didn’t include Johnnie Walker black, which is what I drink. They only had red, which is the lowest of all the different Johnnie Walker. While they did give a list of the drinks included in the upgrade, they need to state that there are still some drinks that are not. I have been to many different all inclusive resorts and never had to worry about paying extra for certain drinks, maybe only a restaurant or two may charge extra for dining there, but not drinks. Other than that the resort is a great place for kids mostly and this is why we went.
