"We had two extra nights to stay on the west side of the island. We were so happy with our choice. Convenient to Steps Bch, downtown Rincón, and centrally situated on the East side, the location is perfect. Everything is secured via 4 digit codes so no keys to keep up with. The unit is in a neatly kept neighborhood, and the unit is cozy but extremely clean and well-organized. I swam in the pool both mornings, very nice and well-kept. Outdoor spaces were very nice for relaxing and grill was easy...

"Right on the beach! Spacious, well maintained and clean. Host communication was excellent. We played in the waves, explored the town and the western side of the island from here. We enjoyed the community cat, the crab on the walkway and the lizards. Made good use of the snorkeling equipment and the boogie boards. Only issue was island electricity wasn’t working right which made for a couple hot nights without a/c but host provided fans. Great stay, would definitely stay again."

"This was our 5th return to this property and like all the previous visits it was fabulous. The home is spotless, kitchen well stocked, the bedrooms are comfortable and cool with AC, and the sunsets were spectacular from the rooftop deck. The home sits steps from Sandy Beach and check in was a breeze. We’ve appreciated the consistency of this property over the years and will be back again next year! ."

"The house was great for 3 couples. Plenty of space and a beautiful pool. The grill needed to be replaced and there was a broken door handle, but otherwise it was perfect for our group. We enjoyed seeing all the iguanas. The beach was easily accessed."

"Good location (we felt safe), excellent communication with manager, the place was comfortable, spacious, we enjoyed it (family group of 8). The terrace was a big plus. It had TV on the living room and on each of the three rooms. The a/c units worked well. We will recommend it. Still, it really needed more towels, silverware, and kitchen utensils, they were extremely worn down. Also, the living room TV remote didn’t work, we couldn’t use it. The place needs a little of TLC."
