"I reserved this house specifically for the pool, and upon arrival, the pool water was green.  When I first sent a message to the owners they said it had been tested and the water was fine.   The next day, when it looked worse, I actually sent a photo and the owners stated that was unacceptable and refunded me $200 for my week’s rental.  They did say they would get someone out to look at the pool and the following day the owner’s daughter showed up, to check it out, however, the pool remained...
