Very Nice!

I loved the room layout- very comfortable and nice. Very clean and had a nice crisp modern, but comfortable feel. Highly recommend!

I’ve had fabulous experiences at other Hyatts, but this particular room was very musty upon entrance and it looked as if someone had bounced on the bed after it had been made. Everything else was fine, but I was anticipating a bit more attention to detail.

Very Neat and Clean....

This was our first stay at a Hyatt Place and we had a great time. The room was spacious and clean with a great seating area by the TV to relax. The only complaint was that the bathroom was tiny and the showerhead was terrible. Other then that it was great. If Theresa is working the front desk--she is so sweet and helpful! Great Lady...

Wonderful

The hotel was wonderful. The staffs were friendly and the rooms were super clean. Thanks Hyatt!

Small but cute

This hotel is really nice. However, the bathroom is made for an Elf. As, nice as the room looks on the outside when you enter the bathroom you have to suck it all in to close the door. I just use the step in the shower technique and close the door, it works for me. The bathroom needed some cleaning the floor needed to be mopped and the tub had some mold. Quality control is slacking the hotel was much better a few years ago. But, over all I slept well and I felt safe.

Good Hotel

Clean, staff were relatively responsive. The only thing i didn’t like was they were doing construction on some of the rooms on my floor and did not mention it during booking or confirmation. Still would go back though!

better than I expected

Very modern and comfortable. I was only there for two nights on business, its not close to a lot of local nightlife from what I could tell, but Raleigh is fairly easy to get around so that may not be an issue for most.

Would stay again

Good location. Hotel staff very nice. Continental breakfast was good but not much variety. Outdoor pool was very clean. Liked the seperate sitting/desk area in the room. Bathroom was very small. Overall, was pleased with the accomodations.

Not a good place to stay...

I lost a personal item in my room and reported to the front desk and the hotel manager a few times. But I didn’t feel that any of them was taking this matter seriously. Just very disappointed and will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone...

Need to buy a vacuum

We were there for three nights and they didn’t vacuum the floor any of the days we were there. I know because there were a couple pieces of paper in obvious spots each day. They even failed to pick up the empty cream and sugar packets that were on the coffee maker tray. Luckily the sink, shower, wet bar were cleaned each day.

Huge Comfortable Room

Beautiful Hotel. Had not stayed at one of the Express Hyatts and was impressed. Nice sitting area with wet bar. Big flat screen TV, clean room, comfy beds. The breakfast was nice and they serve Starbucks coffee. Staff was very helpful.

Awesome time

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and quite comfortable. Had a great stay!!

Number One on my list

Extremely comfortable and quite large room or should I say, "suite", great bed and fabulous humongous HDTV! I’m spoiled - also, it was extremely close to where I was visiting, yet afforded me the luxury of some "distance". Highly recommended to locals as well as seeking similar on other vacations.

One of Raleigh’s Best

The room was very clean and comfortable. Beds were exceptionally nice. Very impressed with floor carpeting. Much better than expected. Sofa sections were also very comfortable. But the best part was the service from the staff. They made every attempt to make our stay pleasant, even down to telling us which restaurants were rated best by their previous guests. Will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Traveler's tip on nightlife

Don’t miss the restaurant adjacent to this hotel, Bahama Breeze. It’s well worth the wait you will probably have to get seated.

Pleasant stay

Beautifully appointed lobby and coffee/breakfast area. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice area for morning constitutional. Room rate on the high side, but you get what you pay for.

Everything was excellent. The only thing that could of made our stay better was not having our hotel room right beside the elevator and listening to the bell ringing all night!

Great Place

My wife and I came to Raleigh to visit friends just after Christmas. The Hotel room was a great place to stay in Raleigh. From comfortable bed, to comfy couch, great room lighting, and ample space, we enjoyed it like a cozy apartment. Staff was extremely accomodating, allowed us to check in to a room that had not been sprayed all over w/ Febreze. The breakfast area was clean, attractive to eye, and provided for Fresh Fruit and good Starbucks Coffee. Could have just stayed put in hotel and just crashed and enjoyed everything there. But also enjoyed seeing friends in Raleigh. A nice city perhaps biased by our nice stay at Hyatt Place.

I really appreciated all of the comfort and media option that were available. I believe this is a new chain of hotels and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very impressed

I was very satisfied with my stay. I husband loved the 42" flat screen tv. The room was clean and spacious. The only downfall is no microwave, but they do have a microfridge.

Very Impressive

Very modern decor, friendly staff, great breakfast, loved the hotel... only problem was that we were charged twice for the room (once by Expedia and once by the hotel itself) and had to call several times before they refunded their charge.
