Although the front desk staff seemed to care, they didn’t have much control to fix a few problems we had. We were not told that the room wouldn’t be serviced for three days until we complained that it wasn’t touched. After Two stops at the front desk, finally someone came to give us more towels and fix the fold up couch! The Bar lounge was a mess. With dirty plates, etc never cleaned off tables so there was no place to sit with a drink! We thought that the Embassy Suites would be a better choice but No it wasn’t.

Great location and rooms were very spacious. Parking was challenging as elevator didn’t work from garage so there was extra walking needed.
