They've held 100,000 colones and we've talked to front desk staff, emailed them everyday since we left and still we haven't received our deposit back. It would be beneficial for more guests to ask them not to withhold our funds. There is really no reason why they would. For one night I’d stay again but weird things like lamps with no function because there are no outlets on one side of the room and the bathroom fan was obnoxiously loud and it turns on with the light so had to just get used to it. Overall, great value and would consider staying again when passing through.
