“We stayed for three nights and very much enjoyed the flat. Super clean with nice amenities. The host adds many nice touches, like sleep masks and ear plugs (though you don't really need them). There is plenty of street parking, though it is a little steep for those who aren't used to SF streets, but we are. The host is very nice and communicates well with her guests. Busy Cortland street with many restaurants is close by, as is a huge park if you have dog. We would highly recommend this...

“The unit‘s I set up very nicely, and the views unique. For our purposes, with three couples and a infant with the need to set up in Bernal Heights neighborhood-it was perfect.Call communication was good and everything in the building exceeded expectations.”

“First off, this is a hotel, period. Not sure what it's doing on VRBO. Amenities listed are either false or misleading. No AC. Windows are a pain to work with, filthy to operate but necessary. No screens so bug can come in. You cannot sleep with the windows open. We tried... Shower is tiny and no light...No pool or fitness center in the hotel. You have to cross the street to their sister property. Who wants to walk across a busy street in their trunks? The positive is the staff. Very friendly and...

“Property was great, staff were extremely friendly, and bed was super comfy. Only downfall was there is a large population of the unhoused in the surrounding blocks (the city seems to be working on cleaning this area up) so we had to walk through a few blocks of people camping on the streets or take a ride share. With that said we felt very safe and had a great experience. ”

“Overall is fine, the smell in the house is bad, like very very old carpet. Also, the property should replace cookware and glassware. It’s just unacceptable for this money. All old and badly scratched, only one pan and in terrible condition, we couldn’t use it! The beds are clean and nice. It could use a remodeling, or at least a deep cleaning. ”

“The home is comfortable, clean, and a very good value. Ravi is an excellent host, and went out of his way to make the stay comfortable and easy. The Portrero Hill location is quiet and safe, with lots of restaurants and markets steps away. All 4 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with large windows in each, and the kitchen is well equipped I highly recommend this property!”

“Our experience at 75 Montcalm was incredible! The space was vast with modern design details providing a cool comfortable living space during our roughly two month stay. The place is fully equipped with all standard needs of a home and more. The sleek electrical stove and oven were easy to learn (with some trial and error being used to old school norms,) along with plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and more. Having an outdoor deck and laundry unit included was a wonderful treat....

“I stayed for a few days on a work trip. The apartment is newly renovated — 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchenette area with mini fridge, microwave, teapot and nespresso. High end decor, a comfortable bed and large shower. I appreciated the quality paper products. You enter through a common laundry area and the bedroom window looks into a courtyard so the room is very quiet. Good restaurants nearby. ”

“After 9 pm, guest kept arriving and were very loud. There were male juveniles running around yelling and using foul language and calling each other the"n" word. Hotel staff did not do anything to stop them and have them quiet down. The walls are paper thin, so we could hear what our neighbors were saying through the walls. There was a nice heated pool, but I didn't feel safe with my granddaughters being able to hear all the rowdiness that went on late into the night. ”
