Frequently asked questions
- Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We especially appreciated the staff at reception. They were friendly, and very helpful with directions. The hotel is beautiful, quiet, conveniently, located, and very clean. No coffee maker in the room, but available very early.

Perfect junior suite we had for four days. The staff was always smiling, and attentive with our needs and questions.

- Disliked: Amenities
To begin with the valet service is slow as you have to go inside and find someone to take care of it. There is only one person who is the bellman and the valet person. If the bellman isn't there you have to go to registration and tell them to send for a valet. There is no one out front greeting you, seeing if you need help with luggage or the valet. Not sure why they call it VIP because the only perk is a late checkout if you need it. Not much of a perk. The guest amenity fee is pretty outrageous. $29 plus nearly $5 tax per day for $34 for wine from 5-6 and if you're not there you miss out. Coffee in the morning, but coffee is in your room so what's the point. Also, the fitness room is available. It's really pure profit for the hotel. We did bring a pet and they say they provide treats, food, water bowls and pet beds but they never offered anything. Be sure to ask because they will charge you $75 and offer nothing. On the bright side the room was nice, comfortable and there are plenty of places to eat in the area
