“Showed up and it was 96 degrees outside and 96 degrees inside my room. No AC on even a little bit to help out. We turned the AC on left and drove around for a hour waiting for the room to cool down. Then got back to the cooled down room and the tv didn’t work. Called the front desk and a guy came right up to help but couldn’t get it working. They said they would change our rooms but we didn’t want to start over with the AC so we told them that and said we would just play on our phones. ……

“I had very low expectations, due to getting there late in the evening and having to be back on the road early... here is how it went, check in wasn't anything unusual, get to room and door lock was broken, latch still worked but security lock was missing, only given one key even though there was 2 of us, beds were terrible putting it nicely, pillows were bricks, sheets were covered in hair and stained, only had 2 towels and one washcloth, the bathroom: mold was everywhere and faucet in tub……

“One of the beds was infact not a bed but an air mattress. None of the beds were actually made before our stay. We had to put our own sheets on every bed. There was no towels in the bathroom.
