“Easy check-in and the desk personnel were very informative and helpful. Room was very clean and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast here. You had a variety of choices for breakfast including hot or cold. The lady that was handling the food was extremely polite and says she "makes the meal with love". Be sure and check out Mrs. Rowes across the street and the Virginia Made store as well.”

“This was our first Holiday Inn Express stay of our trip and we enjoyed it so much we picked HIE locations every night they were available! I appreciated the consistency of the room layouts, the check in process and the breakfast was full of great options. My only negative is the pool hours. Parents of tween/teen travelers could use a few more hours to let their kids get a break from traveling by swimming before bed. ”

“The first thing I noticed was everything you see when you arrive is geared towards making you feel welcome. This continued with checking in. Fast, friendly and helpful. The whole experience continued through the whole stay. We got several texts asking how we were enjoying our time and asking if we needed anything just ask. Small details that stand apart from others.
