"Room looked unfinished from maintenance work and was dirty from previous guests. Door to room looked like it had been broken into and the key card consistently did not work properly. "

"The room was clean, and the AC/heat worked. The shower had plenty of hot water & pressure, but the tub and sink did not drain well. Bathroom needs a do-over. Breakfast was terrible. The toaster had no return tray or mechanism, so the toast fell on the counter at the back. No eggs, no tea, food stale, sausage gray from days before."

"What a perfect little spot! Private but close to everything. Gorgeous cabin and such creative use of space! Absolutely loved it. We didn’t have kids with us but 100% recommend for kiddos, there is an entire area dedicated to kid space. Just a perfect spot! "

"Our family enjoyed our time together celebrating Easter, cooking wonderful meals in the well equipped kitchen, exploring the beauty and challenge of nearby hiking trails, grandsons played foosball and Pac Man and everyone appreciated the hot tub and sauna. Liz provided comprehensive information about the house prior to arrival and checked to make sure all was well after we arrived. Loved our trip to Wintergreen!"

"Hotel recently changed to Hilton which was very comfortable, clean and nice amenities. Since it just changed over new photos and info have not been updated. I booked this one for the breakfast options, however since photos were not updated the breakfast items were lacking compared to the photos."

"As advertised, the view was amazing and the sunrise was so beautiful over the mountains. We really enjoyed having a fire on a rainy Monday and being able to go out to lunch without leaving the resort. Really close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and some lovely walks right in the resort. Thanks for a great weekend getaway!"
