“This was one of the absolute best experiences I’ve had staying in a hotel going to a conference! The room was spotless. The bed was fantastic. I would recommend best western in York beyond any other and would rank it up even above a hotel that cost twice or more the amount! I told the staff that I came up there to complain. He asked what about? I told him I came down to complain and my complaint is I couldn’t find anything to complain about!”

“They made a good effort to remodel. Not my taste. The continental breakfast was really bad. No reasonable person would ever stay there twice. The white bread only option was after toasting was so tough, not eatable - The jelly packets were solid from age. Could not dig them out. The selection of food. Poor. The one cup pour coffee maker made instant coffee. ”
