“Pésimo el tiempo para hacer check in, 50 minutos haciendo fila. En general son amables pero tienen fallas en varias cosas, por ejemplo hay un solo sitio para tomar toallas de la alberca y nunca estaba el encargado. A las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento pisos rotos, el cancel del balcón se atoraba, sin caja fuerte, sin cobija extra, austero en varios aspectos”

“Please do not believe the negative reviews. We stayed here for 1 night to see if we would extend it or leave the next day and make our way to San Carlos. From the first interaction we had with front desk. Young lad was very welcoming and since it was somewhat too early to check in, we were hoping to drop our bags and venture out. He was kind to accommodate us, he called the bell hop who also went above and beyond. Went to our room, then the AC, TV and tried the lights. He let us know as he was……

“This hotel has a pool with 3 giant slides on the roof, so maybe excellent place for family with kids. Our room was clean and and decent but the place was very noisy with kids screaming in to hall till after 1 am. The TV was tiny and hard to use with its cable system. Doubt I would stay here again.”
