“Breakfast was pathetic. No fruit, no yogurt, no protein...only cereal, oatmeal, toast and waffles. Only coffee or orange juice to drink...the other options were out. I was on the 3rd floor, and it was so noisey. Kids were running up and down the hallway. No carpet in the hallway, so it was quite loud. It seems people live there long term...bbq grills out back along the property fence, spousal arguements and banging on doors, people outside smoking at all hours while playing their car……

“This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool area could be a tad warmer and I little cleaner but overall very nice! The breakfast was great. You should try the cinnamon rolls!!! The staff was friendly! Keep up the great work!!”

“The entire hotel reeked of pot both days, morning to night. Bathroom plug and attached hair dryer did not work. Bathroom sink leaked into cabinet below- the only place to sit any of your bathroom items. No closet- just hanging bar with no shelving or hangers. No drawers or suitcase stand- nowhere to put your belongings. No decaf coffee at reception. The place is run down overall. ”

“I booked two rooms for my family and the experience was extremely disappointing. We checked in around 4 PM, left for a few hours to take the kids to a birthday party, came back around 8 PM, and by 10 PM we were already checking out. Both rooms were clearly not cleaned properly. There were leftover items in the refrigerator, hair in the tub, and hair all over the bathroom door like someone had just blow-dried their hair. One of the toilets didn’t even flush.
