“My room is very small but it was a good lake view. However, my friends is not as lucky as us, their room has no view at all. The toilet is not clean and has a strange smell which made us not comfortable. The reception is close after 7:30pm and there is no alternate way to check in the room if you get delayed! The receptionist is not helpful and impolite. She is reluctant to answer questions.”

“A simple hotel but you will get everything you need - nice and friendly staff, clean room with AC, great breakfast, excellent location right in the city centre. 10% discount to hotel guests is a bonus and we had dinner in the restaurant which also run by the hotel twice during our 3D stay. Receptionist John is extremely helpful and provide us with lots of useful and interesting information, we really enjoy our conversation with him :) ”

“Wir waren schon letztes Jahr in der Anlage. Leider hat sich einiges zum Nachteil geändert. Wir hatten im Bad nach ein paar Tagen ein undichtes Bidet. Das Wasser lief bis in das Schlafzimmer. Der Schaden wurde um 4:00 Uhr morgens gemeldet. Das Wasser wurde erst um 8:30 abgestellt. Die Reparatur wurde un 11:45 Uhr angestoßen, dadurch haben wir einen halben Urlaubstag verloren. Am gleichen Tagvwurdeb auch bom die Seitenscheiben unseres Autos auf dem Parkplatz an unserer Unterkunft. eingeschlagen”
