“On paper, this property looked fantastic. We took a risk by booking it it with no reviews. When I booked it was Auto confirmed and I never received a response to my welcome message. The night before we were heading to Sun Valley I asked if we could check in a little bit early to put some food in the fridge. 6 hours later I got a message that the host didn't know that we were coming.
