Only issue we had was not getting an email with check in code to get in the property on day of arrival, and host not respond to attempts by Expedia to reach them, we were finally able to call them directly. Also, back bedrooms seemed to have no heat, we adjusted the thermostat but it did nothing for the bedrooms "
