“Front desk staff very friendly. Hotel under remodel and just dirty. Inside elevator they had left dirty handprints all over the elevator buttons this should have been cleaned up by the contractors at the end of the day and wasn’t.in the room the carpet by the ac was all wet so we asked to change rooms. They were very helpful and moved us to another room. This room the carpet was all wet too. Began to be concerned about mold if this has been happening. The ac in the second room didn’t work……

“Very odd staying at this hotel. Room was fine with no issues noted. The odd thing is that when I tried calling the day before To request a downstairs room due to my wife's handicapped ability. No answer after trying severalbtimes. Left voice messages with no call back. When I talked to the office I told him they never answer the phone. He looked at me and said thats true. Very odd reply. Middle of summer pool closed. Restaurant closed. They did have good prices and seems to be a favorite of……

“Me and my son stayed overnight on 6/13/26 for a baseball tournament. It was a great room at a fantastic price. I couldn’t get my tv to work, and two employees came right away to fix it. One of them made it back to my room from the office to help before I did! It has recently been remodeled and had everything we needed for a short overnight stay. Almost everything in the room was brand new! All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Don’t skip over this hotel if you’re looking in Graham.”
