"Hotel was simple but nice. Hotels.com said that check in was 2pm, when we got to the hotel they said that check in was 3pm. 3pm is fine, but they should be clear about details on the hotels.com site. Not to close to the center of Milan, but the tram was close by and easy to get to the center."

Located in front of the Central Station, it gives the opportunity to easily move by any means of transport to the places of interest in Milan. Its facilities are updated and very modern. Beautiful rooms that have nothing to envy of a high-class hotel. The attention of the person at the front desk was beyond extraordinary! "The hotel is okay but definitely not a “luxury” one. I did let them know that the shower was broken and the basin was clogged, but they took no action. Also, very inconvenient that they close check-in at 11 pm, adding a bit of stress to my trip as my flight was landing at 9:30 pm. and I just made it before 11 pm. I wish that had been made clear during the booking process, as I would have planned differently."
