“This was a handicap room. My 93 year old mother could barely get around in the room with her walker. A wheelchair would never be able to fit in this room. I could not see the numbers on the door while looking for our room. The force of water in the shower was very light. There was no butter for toast or waffles in the morning. The coffee was cold. I had to take it back to the room and heat in the microwave. ”

“The clerk was very polite and friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. When we arrived back that evening we sat on the breakfast area to chit chat and no one complained that we should not be there.”

“The property was clean, amenities were good! There was an issue with my reservation being cancelled and credit card issues having to be disputed! Unfortunately, a crew of younger guest checked in and made the stay very uncomfortable! They were up all night being noisy and even created some damage to the property. “Room seemed cleaned, bed sheets on one bed seemed not to be. We were here last year for a yearly competition and the hotel seems a little run dow and pool was not working again. ”

“Pool was unoperable, found used womens underwear in The room, when telling the mgr/owner about the underwear and asked for a different room he became irate and kicked us out of the hotel. Very rude and unprofessional person.challenged my 24 year old son to a fight and was extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife. We will never ever patronize this establishment again”

“Absolutely do not stay here. We checked in and right away were told the room we booked wasn’t available so we got a king and a pull out sofa. Fine, whatever. Except that pull out sofa has never been cleaned in its 20+ years of existence. The white bed sheets were brown. I didn’t care to lift up the mattress to check for bed bugs but high probability. Immediately went downstairs, got a refund and left. 0/10. Will never be back.”

“My family and I checked in around 6pm and left around 8:45pm. There were stains on the covers, carpet, and chairs; furniture was not cleaned (I.e., the eating table); a chair was broken; and there were a swarm of ants after dropping a fry on the carpet. We thought we could stay until check out the next day, but decided to leave. The staff were friendly and accommodating. ”
