“The room was neat, spacious and clean. I had an accessible room so there is no tub which is understandable, however the only problem was the shower water got everywhere on the floor leaving a huge puddle due to no tub or way to keep the water in 1 area. Everything else was remarkable. The staff was extremely nice, warm, charming, detailed, and eagerly helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious as usual. Kid and family friendly. “This hotel was an absolute disaster, and the entire experience left my girlfriend and me feeling grossed out, frustrated, and genuinely unsafe. The rooms were far from clean—every single one had visible mold in the bathroom: black patches and spots covering the grout, shower tiles, wall edges, and caulking. “The staff was nice and available as advertised but the entire place does not have nearly enough good qualities to make up for the fact that the rooms are disgusting. It seemed fine enough on the surface until we checked the floors and mattress. The floors weren't even swept and the mattress itself looked like it was borrowed from a dumpster behind a brothel- stained and smelly. There were also clusters of black dots in all corners of the mattress just under the sheets which looked like bed bugs……
