I love the vibe of this hip hotel. The private quad was charming and cozy. Awesome eclectic design. The café lounge was super welcoming. It just has a wonderful Euro vibe to it.
Hotel was nice, staff was great! The heater in our room made a lot of noise. Sounds like someone’s on the outside of the heater banging on it with a hammer every 5 minutes or so. But other than that, it was great! Thanks
Shuttle service to O'Hare is great--24 hours/day! Television needs program guide. Staff were all friendly!
The property was simple, but clean and ready at time
Always sweet and nice at check in... my room floor was dirty but over all no issues
It was well worth $70. The hot tub was cold, but the pool was like 92 degrees, which was awesome. Standard breakfast.
Super clean, very modern beautiful hostel, I was very impressed. Only thing that could make it better is to have a bar!

Clean rooms and good location, walking distance to a great restaurant. Only issue I had was pillows were small and very firm, like sleeping on rocks.
Staff friendly and quick, room very clean and updated. Great location. If you just need a clean and modern place to sleep, then this is a great place. If you spend time in the room (small basic room), then get a larger room. Just steps from Michigan Ave and many great restaurants and bars. Would ...
The hotel room, lobby, and gym are clean, and the facilities appear to be fairly new. I felt very comfortable spending two nights in my room. Each room has a full fridge and microwave, all the basic toiletries (shampoo, towels, washcloth), and air conditioning/heating. The gym has two treadmills, ...

This was my 2nd time there and as before no complaints the front desk was great
