“This is not a hotel. And if the photo has not changed yet, it is also not anywhere near the waterfront. It is a private residence in a high rise apt. building. I have no idea how you are even expected to get in. It is a locked facility. We ultimately went to a different motel after a great deal of frustration and expense. After almost 1 hour on the phone with Orbitz (the people on the phone were kind and understanding) they did refund our money and said they would change the photo.”
