“Samantha checked us in and is so friendly and kind. I enjoyed chatting with her almost every day during our week long stay. Debbie is an excellent server at the breakfast buffet and even gave us great advice on local bakeries and easy hiking spots to check out. Also, Yasheen is wonderful at the front desk. “The elevator was broken and the central air was down. This was not communicated to us before we arrived so we could not make other accommodations. They did have a window AC. However this made it so we couldn’t pull the shade all the way down. We didn’t get a good night’s sleep with the sun pouring in. We were in the area for our anniversary. Highly disappointed. I did try to resolve this by reaching out to management but did not hear back. The one bright spot was the woman who worked the……

“Really nice hotel”

“The hotel is moist. You can feel the moisture in the sheets. They try to keep it clean but you just know there is mold growing. It needs to be torn down.”

“Room was above the pool so was damp and smelled moldy. Towels woyld not dry. No one on-site. Coffee was good but no spoons or way to stir in sugar. Cute decor and clean overall. Close to off-site restaurant that was good. Bed was overly soft. Pool was big but water was chilly and cloudy. Nice outdoor deck.”
