“We travel with our little dog. The Holiday Inn in Salem was very dog friendly helpful. They gave us a room at the end of the hall on the ground floor. So, all we had to do to take our dog out was go out the locked hall door and re-enter using our room card. They also allow a pet to be in the lobby, just not in the eating area. This allowed us to visit with friends in the lobby and have our dog safely with us. The staff at this hotel is very friendly and looks for ways to make your visit easy……

“The sanitation is very poor, the room smells of musty, and the towels smell bad.”

“The reception desk person was very nice and made sure I was able to access the room okay. I was happy that this property was pet friendly. At first glance the room looked good, but when I laid down and looked at the ceiling, I noticed a bunch of red stains above the bed. The area of town the property is in is rundown and a little sketchy and once I got in the room, I locked the door and didn't leave until I checked out in the morning.”

“The room was dirty. When i got in the shower i thought i was going to fall through the bottom.i lifted the mat and the bottom of the shower was broken and they put some kind of glue to keep it together it was covered in what looked like black mold. ”
