“Staff extremely nice and helpful. Indoor pool was nice. Walls in the bathtub were dirty, tub itself was clean. Continental breakfast was waffles, Walmart store bought mini donuts, cereal and toast, coffee to drink. No tea or juices to drink, so unless you drink coffee there was nothing else. Could have had bagels, hard boiled eggs, real donuts or pastries, oatmeals ( something most other Continental breakfast s have). Also no condiments of any kind besides butter and syrup.”

“We were a late minute find a hotel for the night. It was convenient, decently priced, safe area and near other hotels/restaurants. It was clean, and they seem to be newer owners. Our duvets were not matched. They seem to be going through changes, I think new owners. Staff was friendly, overall good, just not the great. Give them time. We slept well, great beds.”

“My reservation was for 3 people. We had towel for 2. Had to ask for more towels. Did received the towel. The next day again the cleaning staff left towels for 2 people. AGAIN HAD TO ASK FOR MORE TOWELS. The chair in the room had a broken leg. the Desk table was wobbly. The lamp shade had months of dust on them. The bedding was clean.”

“The rating on this property is very misleading. This place is a dive and i did not stay there, because i did not want to put my family in jeopardy of running into some meth head that lives at this property. The reason they dont offer a refund is because its way of them keeping the money without anyone staying there. One room I was shown had a bubbled floor and cuts all in the vinyl flooring and stunk to high heaven, like it had been flooded and not properly repaired. This place is a joke.”

“If you don’t want to offer smoking rooms, don’t offer smoking rooms, don’t just palm off the worst rooms to smokers. When I arrived the room was cold and I couldn’t get the heating to work. I went back to reception and the manager came over, he put the heating dials on one very specific setting and it did get warm, but only for a while then it started blowing cool again. The mattress was okay but the pillows were lumpy and it’s a good thing it was a king bed because I could at least fold the……
