"Location was OK, but not as pictured. Hotels.com scammed us. When we arrived the owner had not been told to expect us. He did not have availability for the length of stay we paid Hotels.com for, nor had he received notice of funds paid online. We had to pay cash for one night and then leave in the morning to find other accommodations because he was sold out for the remaining nights. Hotels.com has to refund the money I sent to them."

"Upon arrival, the hotel greeter Allison advised us they we did not have a reservation or paid booking. We than showed her a copy of receipt and paid booking from 2 months ago. Expedia called the hotel and they finally gave us a key. 30 minutes later Alison called our phone demanding payment.No hot water and ac is more like a fan. Not sure if the hotel was trying to scam us since we our foreigners to them. Save the hassle and book somewhere else"
