Check in process was easy as I was sent an email to check in early prior to the trip. When we arrived earlier than check in our room was ready. We appreciated being able to check in early. The property was beautiful. The amenities offered were perfect. We only had one problem but it did get resolved after several hours. Now the highlight of our trip was the entertainment crew! They were awesome! They made sure that you were enjoying your trip to the fullest. They brough the energy! Thanks Orlando , Romaine , and Marton!

This was our first time in Jamaica and this property was so amazing! Food and rooms were amazing. The service was top notch. I HUGE thank you to Jermaine and Jerome who took take of us. Joy at the pool bar always greeted us with a smile. All the party starters in the pool area: Miles, Blue, Shekeena and all were so fun and kept the energy going! We will definitely return!!
